click click @ 12:50 AM Surprise surprise! It came earlier than I thought :) *beams* I settled for red in the end. Sony Cyber-Shot W180. Testing to make sure I don't needa make any returns :S ![]() The only way to take a pic of my camera and I using my camera. Lols :P It's just about 1 month left before Christmas. And I only knew tonight, I mean last night (it's almost 1a.m. already omg), that it was Thanksgiving Day yesterday. We should have came up with a Thanksgiving dinner! Haha..anyways, what I wanted to say is that time is passing by so quickly it's a bit scary. Feels like yesterday that I was still dawdling at home, lazy to start packing. But oh, mee kolok and laksa seem like years ago T.T I guess semester one would be over in a blink of an eye and Christmas, right before us. So, work hard and look forward to the merry season, pals! :D p/s : infatuated, oh noo! X.X what should i doo...bad bad bad.

another weekend @ 6:06 AM It was a miracle that I forgot about the Jom Makan thing organized by MSSM on Saturday night until Chiakhuan asked me about it that afternoon :P So off we went amidst the drizzle, to "Steve Biko Building" where we were greeted by the security who gave us directions how to get to the Council Chamber where Jom Makan is held - like we have "I'm a Malaysian" stamped on our foreheads, haha. However, stepping into the venue, we couldn't helped but felt a tint of disappointment. ![]() The place was so small, with only 3 or 4 stalls but long long queues. ![]() Kuih-muihs. I want that green balls coated with white fluffy coconut flakes! Onde-onde right?? ![]() This is just too funny. Our packet of kuih-muih shared by 5/6 of us appeared on MSSM FB photos..lol! We never noticed anyone taking pic of it XD Anyway, we ended up in McDonald's and later, in sis' common room, eating ice-cream, playing cards and Truth or Dare using Matthew's i-phone. So everyone did quite some silly stuff. From Tarzan imitation to hugging/waving to a blur Arya, hopping while singing Negaraku, talking nonstop for 3 mins, piggybacking etc. I got pretty tired after 1 hour of truth or dare. Everyone turned sort of immune towards the dares already :D and so we called it a day. *** Sunday morning, I finally stuck my friendly note to my dear flatmates on the kitchen wall, asking them to try to make our kitchen clean at all times :P so that I won't be wasting too much time/energy washing and wiping and vacuuming in our common room. And this little yellow thank you sticky note simply made my day! besides flipping over my dislike towards yellow stickies XD Just found out that it was from Sheena! Jaya added another big orange one today! So fun~our wall's gonna be filled with stickies :D Best part is our kitchen has really been so sparkling clean recently you'll get blinded when you come in. Lols. thanks to all my flatmates! I decided to try out this very old RC church in the city centre after Sierra told me about it. It's named St. Mary's - the Hidden Gem, located in a little secluded street near Albert Square. I would love to share with you the beauty and magnificence of the interiors but photo-taking is strictly prohibited inside the church. The sermon and mass overall was longer than the one at Holy Name and there were more people here. Majority are aged citizens or families though. But, the main reason that made me choose to come here is because there's some praise and worship, with accompaniment of organ. I can't wait for christmas carolling! :) After church mass, I went to the Brazennose Christmas Market with Sarah, Matthew and Alan. Glad to say that the christmas markets are lovely! Sarah and I with Mr. Bee! and Abraham Lincoln's legs. There he is! With his huge hands and feet. Manchester Towh Hall, Albert Square. Another Christmas Market :) Santa who's bored looking at people walking around. Flowers sold at low prices! I'm gonna get one next time! Soft to touch, nice to hug! The ones that could be warmed up were even better! Aww..I want one!! Flower bulbs. Meet Chobby!(?not sure about spelling XD) Ain't he cuutee! And he's 8 years old, omg, so old for a dog but who cares, he's too adorable.. People here just love taking their furry friends out :P wooof. All kinds of mouth-watering biscuits and cakes. Hot toffee waffles! Italian chocolates. We spent ages deciding which one to have. Chunk of our Walnut chocolate. Tasted heavenly. No, don't ask about the price. Free salami, sausages and ham for testing! :D Candies that make you spoilt for choices. Thanks for the jellybeans, matthew! yummy yummy. Aroma of freshly baked bread...hahaha, you can't smell it! Tousade au chocolat. *drools* I call it the Tom and Jerry cheese! :P Sigh..why don't they give cheese samples?? Sweet pastries? German sausages sizzling above charcoal..advice: don't go near it if you're hungry. Poor piggy. BIG wok of rice + an earnest cook. Apple strudels, strawberry strudels, raspberry strudels...whatever strudels.. Hot food in hot pots. Lastly, the singing Rudolph! Why isn't your nose red??? :) |
